HONEY AND LEMON DEPILATION
|

Recipe:

TOENAILS AND HANDS BEAUTY

Recipe:
- Plunge your hands approximately five minutes into a big bowl of tepid water (rather warm) in which you can add one skin of rose water or some buttons of Moroccan roses.
- Brush carefully your nails with a supple brush (an old toothbrush for that purpose will be perfect).
- Dry your hands with a soft fabric.
- Then dip your fingers into a preparation made by two spoonful with soup of vegetable oil (rose oil, argan oil or sweet almond oil) and of a spoonful with soup of honey, during five minutes.
- Massage then conscientiously your hands with the rest of the preparation before surrounding them in a wet and warm towel (caution, not very hot).
- Let rest a few moments then rinse, massage again to make penetrate well into the surplus of oil.
This fast and effective simple recipe is also valid for feetcare.

EVERYTHING ABOUT ARGAN OIL
|
This magnificent oil with the delicious scent of hazelnut arises the Argan tree kernels, the tree which grows naturally in the region of Essaouira in Morocco.
Very rich in vitamins and in essential fatty acids it anti oxidizing virtues extraordinary powers of hydration and the antioxidant virtues.
It is however necessary to know that to preserve its vitamins, the oil owes extracted under cold conditions. If the kernels are burned out, the oil will keep its moisturizing virtues but vitamins will have been regrettably destroyed not the heat.
The picking is made between June and August.

Let dry outdoors or dry with a warm hairdryer.
NB :
If you are in a hurry, wrap after application of the argan oil, your hair in a warm and wet towel at least half an hour. Then make your shampoo and dry.

EXFOLIATING SCRUB WITH ARGAN OIL
|
In a bowl, mix:
Recipe:
- 2 spoons of argan oil.
- 2 spoons of big grain natural sea salt.
- 1 g of cinnamon.
- 1 g of orange peel dried (take an untreated orange).
Once the ingredients are well mixed, rub the body with this preparation to fclear clean it of the dead cells. Indeed insist on the rough zones.
Then rinse and wipe your body with a soft linen.
If need be, apply in massage a little Argan oil which you will beforehand have warmed between your hands. Your skin will be sublimated.

ANTI SWEATING ALUM STONE SPRAY
|
- 10 Gr of Alum Stone.
- 2 Gr of powder of benjoin (natural conservative).
- 100 ml of mineral water or rose water.
to Dissolve the powder of Alum and the powder of benjoin in the water.
Overturn into a spray, it is ready!

DEODORANT WITH PERFUMED ALUM POWDER BASED
|
- 1 x 70 gr approximately of Alum stone.
- 10 Leaves of dried mint (for freshness).
- 1 Clove (disinfecting nature).
- ½ TeaSpoon of Cinnamon.
- 2 spoonl of quality talc .
- Mix the Alum Stone by incorporating the dried mint, the clove and the Cinnamon until obtaining a fine powder.
- Mix in the talc.
Perfume your armpits with this powder with of a brush with blusher on the wet skin.
Can also be used on feet.
NB :
If you use the natural alum powder you can add to it, if you wish it some drops of your usual fragrance.

HONEY AND SWEET ALMOND (OR CAMOMILE) MASK
|
In a bowl mix:
- 2 teaspoon of honey.
- 3 spoons of sweet almond or camomile oil.
- 1 egg yolk.
- 1 teaspoon of powder of almonds.
Apply this preparation to your face and let rest approximately 10 minutes by taking the precaution to affix on every eyelid a compress soaked with rose water.
Your skin will be rehydrated. it will find freshness and relaxation. Your eyes will be relieved from congestion and your eyelids will be so calmed that they will give back your glance more depth.
NB :
To complete the care, apply the cream with extracts of almonds the virtues of which are not to prove any more (to see extracts of almonds cream).

HYDRATING MASK FOR DRY AND DEVITALIZED SKINS
|
In a pan on slow fire melt with a water bath:
- 1 spoon of shea butter.
- 1 spoon of wheat germ oil.
- 1 spoonof of avocado oil.
Once mixed, remove from fire and add:
- 5 drops of geranium EO. For its soothing action (caution, do not use on children less than 10 years old as well as on the pregnant or nursing women).
The Avocado oil:
Rich in vitamins A and E possess Anti-wrinkle virtues.
It is a defender, nourishing, fortifying.
The wheat germ oil:
Very rich in vitamins A, B, D and E anti oxidizing and in strong regenerative power possess virtues, eases and softens the skin, protect and hydrate the dried out and irritated skins.
Fight effectively against stretch marks.
It is also advised for the beauty of nails

COCONUT OIL CAPILLARY MASK
|
- 2 spoon of coconut oil.
- 1 small mature avocado.
Mix well to obtain a homogeneous dough.
After having proceeded to your shampoo, Rassoul will be best, for its exceptional qualities which give back, strength, vigour and volume, apply the mask to the lengthes and the points.
Wrap your hair in a warm and wet towel.
Let it act five to ten minutes, then rinse out.

MOISTURIZING AND REGENERATING ORIENTAL MASK
|
- 5 teaspoons of Rassoul.
- 4 teaspoons of rose water slightly warm.
- 1 teaspoon of honey.
- 1 teaspoon of nigelle oil.
- 3 drops of "Palmarosa" Essential Oil.
In a bowl:
- Mix the Rassoul with the rose water.
- Add the honey and the Nigelle oil.
- When the mixture becomes homogeneous and smooth add the essential oil and mix again.
- Apply to the face and the neck avoiding the eyes on which you will put a compress soaked with rose water.
- Let rest approximately ten minutes then rinse in tepid water.
To perfect this care, apply to your skin a little bit of nigelle oil, rose or argan oil.
By the way it is interesting to note that there are 3 different spellings: Ghassoul, Rhassoul, Rassoul.
NB :
Your skin will be sublimated, plumped and your velvety complexion as one pleases.

In a bowl, mix:
- 1 Spoon of mixed oat flakes.
- 1 Teaspoon of almonds powder.
- 1 spoonful with coffee(cafe) of oil of rose.
- 1 Spoon of roses of kella blended petals.
- 1 Spoon of rose water.
- Mix everything until obtaining of a smooth dough.
- Spread carefully the mixture over the skin by avoiding the eyes on which you will have taken care of putting, on every eyelid, a compress soaked with rose water.
- Let rest approximately 10 min then rub slightly to exfoliate the skin and clear it from its impurities.
- Then rinse out your face in warm water, then apply a little bit of rose oil to perfect the care.
NB :
This preparation is also useful on the body, it is enough to increase proportionally the doses of ingredients.
