Items presentation and availibility
The items pictures displayed are not guaranteed.
The items proposed for sale on this website are normally available and the stock is managed online.
For orders not placed online, in case of an out of stock item, the ABC WEB company will inform their customers as soon as possible about the shipping delays.
The customer will have the choice between:
Wait for product availability
Replace the item with a similar one at the same price
Cancel the delayed item and get reimbursed
Cancel the order and get reimbursed
The customer will have to confirm his choice by mail or e-mail.
In any case, an order can’t be shipped in several shipments. Except in case of ABC WEB company’s agreement.

What you order is processed after we recieve and cash your whole payment.
Right of retractation
According to the French “Vente à distance” law, the customer has a seven day delay after reception of the order to use his right of retractation without justifying and without penalty fees.
The customer will pay the return fees.
Delivery, shipping and packing rates
For orders placed on the website boutique-cassiopeia.com, shipping fees are calculated strictly with negociated La Poste rates and applied depending on destination and weight.
For orders placed with “order form”, the shipping fees are flat-rated and only apply for Metropolitan France.
Payment
The payment will be done :
By credit card
Through a securised link to a protected bank environment.
The boutique-cassiopeia.com has no access to the customer’s bank data.

Shipping
The parcels are shipped via La Poste Colissimo, with insurance, with signature confirmation.
The customer will receive by e-mail, at every step, every necessary information about his order tracking. The customer can also log in on his account and check your order status.
The destinatary will be responsible for the shipping and will have to check the product.
Returns
Items can be exchanged or reimbursed.
Exchange or reimbursement must be required not later than 15 days after shipment reception.
The returned items must be unused and in their original packing.
In case of a new order with a lower amount than the initial amount, the customer will receive after reception of the demand a check of the difference amount. The shipping fees will be charge to the customer.

Sale price
The prices are displayed all tax included. They include the applicable French Value Added Tax (VAT) at the day of the order. Prices can be modified in case of variation of the VAT rate, in case of error, on manufacturer decision, or after a customer identification mistake.
Identification
Every website customer will have to follow an online subscription process in order to be able to place an order.
Required information is necessary for processing and shipping of the orders.
Fees involved by a new shipment due to an identification mistake caused by the customer, will be charge to the customer.
The final order check-out is worth signature and acceptation of every purchase made on the website and is a proof of the order regarding the French law (“dispositions de la loi du 13 mars 2000).

The ABC WEB company denies responsibility for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the internet network use, in particular a service breakdown, an outside intrusion or a virus, for any absolute necessity fact, and for any misuse of the ordered items.

Merchandise property
The ABC WEB company remains the merchandise owner until the whole price and any possible interest payment as told by the French Law “loi du 12 mai 1980 et du 13 juillet 1967”.
